[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Very slow response by staff members and manager | |||
I have two corporate accounts and 5 individual accounts at hdfc bank, r s puram - branch in coimbatore. Recently my father passed away and i am trying to get my corporate accounts updated with my name. I submitted all the papers on june 28th. They are still processing this and claiming that it will take another week. They are citing reasons like the forms have to go bombay and some address mismatch. They were supposed to resubmit everything last week, but they are still sitting on these papers. Is this the service hdfc bank meets out to a long standing customer? Other banks have been able to finish this process in a much faster time frame. I think someone from head office has to be aware of this lethargic behaviour of the manager and staff here.
