[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — waiver of credit card outstanding bill

Hi Sir,
I have an HDFC Credit Card (# ending 1309) which I have been using for several years. From the last couple of months I have not been able to pay my dues as I lost my job in September 2018.
I request the bank to kindly waive off the loan amount (Principal & Interest) on the credit card as I am in no position to pay back the amount.
I request you to please be sympathetic towards my current situation.
