[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Welcome kit not received

I open new savings account at anathandavapuram branch in mayiladuthurai on apr 18 2020 still i never received welcome kit /debit card i went down and ask branch in charge he is not responsive and said call customer care i call many times i cannot get the officers to talk any idea when i receive my debit cards or any possibility can i get from the branch

HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

Do note, due to the current COVID-19 situation and to prevent further spread of the virus, courier services are suspended. Once the lockdown period is lifted and there is normalcy, the consignment will be dispatched phase-wise. You will receive the dispatch details via SMS on your registered mobile number once the same is dispatched.

I Open insta account (Salary account ).In kamareddy branch on July 27 2020 .Still I never received wellcome kit i went down branch they are no responsive. Any possibility sir?

Hi, In applying for savings account on 13 Sep 2021 At HDFC bank but till now welc0me kit not received by post.. How can I track the status and till now I didn't get any SMS about dispatch.. How many days u people take to send the kit.. This is Not at all fair...
