[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Welcome kit not received | |
I opened a digisave youth account a month ago in a nearby branch and i was told that i will receive the welcome kit in under 7 working days. But it's been a month and i don't think it's even dispatched! Their e-mail ([protected]@hdfcbank.com) doesn't even respond after multiple e-mails and their customer care on call requires a 'tin' which am supposed to receive in welcome kit. But that's the reason i tried to call them. I haven't received the damn kit. I called the bank personnel who assisted me while opening the account and she said it's delayed to everyone due to covid-19 but all ecommerce websites are delivering their products and this bank can't even deliver their welcome kits to their customers. I will wait for another week and if i do not receive any reply to my queries by anyone or the welcome kit, i will just close this useless bank account. Was this information helpful? | |
