[Resolved] HDFC Bank — willfully wrong deduction from hdfc credit card | |||
Amount of rupess - 1951.50 has been debited from my hdfc credit card dated on 22/10/2017 which i havnt use, after complaint on hdfc coustomer care number, they have credited amount of rupess-1945.44 dated 22/11/2017 and same have been debited from my hdfc credit card on the same day. And they have charged interest on this amount till the date. On the behalf of hdfc credit card department they are calling me and threatened me to pay bill. I visited hdfc bank several times and deposited complaint letter online on the same issue but all in vain. And they were forcing me to pay whole bill amount that was pending which i did not use, only after they accepted my complaint on the same issue. I am requesting you to resolve my issue. Regards..
