HDFC Bank — Withdrawal of money inter-brn cash chg

Kindly note that branch cash transactions are chargeable and the same is as per the Bank's Schedule of Fees and Charges. The fees and charges schedule is also update on our Bank's website.

Cash transactions (Cash deposits & withdrawals) by self at home & Non-home branches

Value Cap will be applicable along with Number Cap on Cash Transactions on Non Home branch

Number Cap:

5 free cash transactions per month would be permitted and Rs 100/- per transaction would be levied 6th transaction onwards (plus taxes)

Value Cap:

Home Branch - No limit

Non Home branch:

- Cash transaction value upto Rs. 50, 000/ per day - No charge
- Above Rs. 50, 000/- Rs 5/- per 1, 000/- on the full amount (plus taxes).

HDFC Bank Customer Assistance

I was called and told that the amount will be refunded this time as I was not informed about the charges when making the deposit in the bank. I don't see any refunds so far. This was more than a week ago.
