I requested for a simple bank statement the front desk guy requested me for a proof i told ok and i gave him the proof then hes requesting me to to take xerox apart from that another thing the man at the front desk what he has stated come in the afternoon is this the way he responds to a customer. If he is to inform that i have to come in the afternoon means why is the bank open in the morning, worst behaviour of interactions from the hdfc people for such a like this behaviour they themself can state please close your accounts and refer anyother bank and close the hdfc bank itself my customer id is 51266400
