Sir my name is A.Purushotham prasad i am having savings account in your gudivada branch nearly since 4 years. 15-20 days back i have received a call from your bank that is they are ready to give personal loan to me then he told today evening our employee will call you by 6 o'clock evening but i have received after 4 days.The employee name is phani (the worst in giving service to customers)his phone number is [protected].I have asked him some doubts he told me i will say you within an hour from that day till today i have phoned him for nearly 10-15 times.Sometimes he will lift my phone and say i will clear your doubts today surely but no response my account number is [protected]
