To whom it may concern, This is to bring in your notice that i have applied for credit card on the month of july, all the documents along with the signatures were submitted on the first week of july itself. But till date i have not received my credit card, i am takeing follow up almost every week but not getting any clear picture. Online tracking portal is showing status-in progress from the past two months. Is this type of services you people are offering to your customers and claiming yourself as one of the best banks?
