[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — worst service - no proper respond even from hdfc nodal officer

Address:16c Akashya Colony Anna Nagar West Extension, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, 600050

I swipped 7900rs in Nexa showroom in Porur on May 20. The transaction was not successful and I do have reverted receipt with me. Hence I proceeded with second swipe on 22 May. Now that I see my account has been debited twice and when I raised the same with customer care executive then "No proper response " & I raised the issue with HDFC Nodal officer the "No response".

Worst service.
