[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Wrong charges deduction | |||||
Hi, this is sunil singh bisht. A/c No.- [protected] I have been charged with Rs. 800.74 on dated 25-Nov-2016 of debit card annual fee which is incorrect as I don't have such an platinum card. You need to check the details of my card first then charge accordingly. Now you have to reimburse the entire fee or I'll raise a complaint to consumer forum as well ask for compensation due to my mental harassment(I'm trying to call at your customer care no. since 1 month but they don't reply me and 'coz of that I'm in depression). You people are making me ill. Apart from that you have charged NEFT charge on dated 20 Feb, 2017 for the declined transaction of dated 17 Feb, 2017. Just reimburse my money to me within 24 hrs or I'l' sue you. Was this information helpful? | |||||
