HDFC Bank — wrong charges on credit card statement

Hi hdfc team,

I am customer of hdfc bank and from last 3 yr i am using hdfc bank salary account.
I am very upset about hdfc bank credit card service. I see that from last three month (Jan, feb and march 19) there are multiple charges are applicable on given statement. Hdfc people given credit card unnecessary and they committed to provide good service so i choose hdfc credit card and they convinced that they dont have any hidden charges but i see there are multiple entry which are inaccurate they charged wrongly. I dont know the charges which are levied like offus emi. And every month the money is getting deducted. And i am paying for some wrong charges.
I need my money revert back in my account other wise i am escalate this matter to rbi and consumer forum.
