[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Wrong debit card - received | |||
My Saving Bank Account No. [protected] I have applied for Debit Card on 14th April'17. I have spoken to customer care of HDFC 3-4 times and came to know that my Debit card has been delivered to wrong address. I have not received any correct reply from them. Yesterday I have received Debit Card No. [protected] in the name of Lokesh Saxena with covering letter to me. If some mishappening will occurred who is responsible for that. Due to non receipt of Debit Card on time I am not able to withdraw cash and make some important payment, there will be penalty charges are levied on me due to HDFC Bank blunder mistake. An professional bank how can do this type of mistakes. You are requested to please file an suitable case on HDFC bank so that this type of mistakes they will not repeat and also take suitable action against them.
