HDFC Bank — wrong debiting of amount.

My SB account no: [protected] maintained at HDFC Bank Nowgam, Srinagar has been wrongly debited by an amount of Rs 10000/= under FD no: [protected] through a cheque not issued by me.
I would like to get the amount of RS 10000/= credited back to my account and the reasons for this act which has caused me anxiety and mistrust .
