[Resolved] HDFC Bank — wrong deduction from account | |||||
Hdfc bank has deducted ₹4848 from my account no. [protected] as amb charges. Despite speaking so many times to their executive, they are not ready to entertain me. Firstly while opening mr. Jaswinder singh of jagadhri branch furnished wrong information about my account saying it's a classic account and you will be privileged customer and will not be charged anything, that account was opened. I was already having my account with hdfc since 2003 but that wanted me to open one account at their branch. Now when i'm trying for reimbursement of my money deducted, mr. Jaswinder singh avoiding my calls, which is making me mentally disturb as i'm not posted out of station and i'm not able to visit my branch. I want to take action against hdfc bank for furnishing wrong information and then neglecting my calls Was this information helpful? | |||||
