[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Wrong instruction from care for credit card loan payment | |||
Dear sir, i want to closed my credit card loan which is one from credit card and another from jumbo loan of Rs 15000/-.I want to closed both of the loan, so i conformed my balanced loan amount and payment process to pay from on line payment, .first one is told me Rs 8120 from costumer care, which is instruct me to directly pay from credit card with in four days after request, as per costumer care i paid with in day of such amount.Another one told me after add of benefiecry in credit card payment the amount is 11977. but after benefiecry add i will pay after 24 hour of this payment.I call again to costumer care after 24 hours and ask amount, and amount is changed in 13525 to pay total amount.I am surprised, but do not argument with care person and say pl check positively ., but amount she said amount is Rs13525. I pay all amount, to benefiecry no which she tell me. Sir my loan cant closed and in another bill amount come with interest. pl help me for this type of cheating and send actual bill amount Thank sir Was this information helpful? | |||
