[Resolved] HDFC Bank — wrong penalty charge day by day

On aug'17 i got the call from hdfc executive for insta loan rs.18, 000/- but during sanction these amount they are not fully information provided to me and blocked these amount (18, 000/-) in my credit card. When i have escalate the matter to higher level to bank executive they are not providing proper response, and month on month they are charge penalty to me and my phone emis failed. I have called up to Mr. Bithin Banerjee but he told that he has no recording copy received from anyone. Request to all of you I have no problem to pay outstanding amount but pls somebody talk to me ([protected]) but at first ensure to waive of[censored]nwanted penalty. This is really very much painful for me since last 3 months not a single person call me to give final resolution.
