HDFC Bank — Wrongly applied rule of lian. Loan closed by bank without prior intimation to customer and personal data leak by recovery agent

Also, Raised complain in Respected RB, Ahmedabad and New Delhi

Hdfc bank ne galat tarike se rule of lian apply kiya restructuring to kisiko bhi nahi de rahi he. Upar se account block hone ke karan sabhi emi bounce ho rahe he. Jiski penalty ke liye sirf aur sirf hdfc bank jimmedar he. Na uske kisi bhi recovery agent ko punishment di jo herresment mere department ke admi aur muje kiya gaya uski. Waha tak message aa gaya tha ki ham cibil score kharab jar denge. Default kar denge aapke account ko. Akhir me wo hi kiya. RBI ka rules pura todke minus me dala account.Jab respected supreme court ne default pe rok lagai he tab bhi ausa kiya.Upar se mail par notice bhejne ke baad bhi nodal officer aur principal nodal officer ne iske upar action nahi li. Na customer ko koi intimation di. HDFC bank ne meri credit card ki loan galat tarike se pareshan karne ke irade se rules of lian janbuz kar lagaya aur credit card ki loan without any intimation close kar di he. Jiska financial charge aur penalty lagega uske liye hdfc bank jimmedar he.Ab bina intimation diye lian close ki to us par financial charges lagayenge iska jimmedar kon?yane customers ko pura kha jana he. Benefit bhi nahi dena he sirf aur sirf pareshan karna he.

Negative balance aaj hatakar kya sabit karna chahti bank loan to usne customer ko puchhe bina close kar di. Aaj ek account se 15000 aur dusre account se 7300 credit card me tranfer karje block hataya lekin biba puchhe loan close ki uska hawab kon dega?Na restructuring de rahi he. Koi bhi taraf se help nahi kar rahi he. Sirf aur sirf pareshan karna he customers ko.

Mere sawal ka aaj tak jawab nahi mila he dono nodal officers ki taraf se.

Sawal :

1.Restructuring ki application accepted hone ke baad reject kyu ki. Aur jab reject ki to customer ko inform kyu nahi kiya. Jab bank restructuring ka application written ne form bharke karvati he to customers ko intimation kyu nahi dete reject hone par.

2.Rule of lian janbuz kar pareshan karne ke irade se puri outstanding ka lagaya aur bina intimation diye customer ki loan close kar di. Uska jimmedar kon?

3.account block hone ke karan sabhi emi bounce huve uski jo penalty lagi uska jimmedar kon?

4.Ek emi bounce tha to itni emi ki jagah pura outstanding balance kyu dala.

5.Recovery agent ne company me call karke mera data department ke har admi ko bataya sabko bataya ki bank ka paisa 250000 rs kha gaya. To bank ne sabko mera private data leak kiya to cyber crime ke hisab se data bullying ki bank ne to uska jimmedar kon?

6.Recovery agent par action na lete huve customer ki galti nikalna.

7.Credit card department ko advance me bola tha muje emi bharne ki taklif ho rahi he restructuring do. Ek hi answer mila pehle ye emi bharo karke dete he. Jab payment bhara baad me restructuring manga to nahi diya. Restructuring ki link bhi work nahi kar rahi thi. Local branch ka contact kiya to bole link se hi karna padega. Link nahi open ho rahi thi mene baat ki department ko to ek hi jawab saheb se baat karti hu. 3 4 din aisa gaya koi help nahi mili.

8.Mene kisi bhi tarah try karke apply kiya restructuring ke liye to application accept kar di. Fir emi bounce hone par kyu chilla rahe the. Jab mera account block kiya mene mail chalu kiya tab bolte he ki aap RESTRUCTURING ke liye eligible NAHI he. Yane restructuring bhi nahi dena he aur customers ko bhi intimate nahi karna he.

9.Un logo se mene written manga ki mene credit card department ko kab number diya company ka ki us par aap call kar rahe ho proof dikhao. Mera data chori karke sabko bataya.

10.Jabki department ke admi ne bola ye emergency number he usko engaged nahi rakh sakte.Company ne lekhit me likh ke nahi diya he us par jo action lena he lo.To bhi jawab milta he emergency hoga aapke liye hame apne paiso se matlab he. Ham to call karenge jo karna he karlo. Puri tarah se meri beijjati karne ka baki nahi rakkha.

Respected Reserve bank of India se meri ek hi request he india ki pehle nunber ki bank customers ko kis had se pareshan kar rahi he aur customers ko koi bhi benefit nahi de rahi he.

Ye sab aapko intimation dene ke liye hi mene aapko mail kiya he. Kyunki court me bhi aisa hi bola ja raha he ki koi restructuring ke liye apply nahi kar raha he. Actually sabhi log apply kar rahe he lekin bank ko kisi bhi haal me dena nahi he restructuring.

The following unauthorised personal phone numbers are [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] harresed my organization fire and emergency department.Company person all time said this is emergency number please I urge you do not contact to this number. Amne se answer milta he emergency hogi aspke liye hame apne paiso se matlab he.Company and department staff not given to any documents in written if borrower not pay emi.Please do calls on personal number.but they can not stopped. Also bank agent said I will do call on this number, I see what you do? Also he was shared my loan data with my departmental all person.Said 250000 lian lekar paisa kha gaya. Sabhi ko mere loan ke bare me batakar muje badnasm kiya. Jiski wajah se mere naan ko hani hui he.Also give threatened on personal mobile recovery agent reach at home and office.And herresment through message. We will give your case in cibil and declare as a defaulter. According to guideline of supreme court no any person keep as a default if final decision not come. 1 emi bounced and I was clarify because any bounce of emi. I need restructuring. Bank first approved my restructuring apllication no[protected] acccepted after that without any notice they was rejected my application witgout any intimation to customer. And apply rule of lien wrongly to customer. Bank ne janbuz kar gakat tarike se rule of lien customer par apply kiya he. Bank mis use of rules of lien applied on customer jyst only 1 emi bounced and my both account blocked with full amount -511000.My remaining amount just only 13700 one emi and full loan 266000.mene bank ko bola tha jo admi abhi ek emi bharne me taklif ho rahi he to wo pura kaise bharega. Me isliye aapse restructuring maang raha hu. Aap. Restructuring de nahi rage he. Yane customers ko puri tarah se pareshan karna he. Restructuring bhi nahi dena ge upar se puri loan amount galat tarije se without intimation block bhi karni he. Jiske karan hdfc bank ki personal loan, car loan, credit card ke auto pau ruke huve he. Sath ne dusri bank ke bhi emi bounce ho rahe he. Jiski sirf aur sirf hdfc bank jimmedar he. Jo bhi bounce charge aur penalty kage usje liye sirf aur sirf bank jimmedar he.Iski wajah se hdfc bank ke aur dusri bank ke recovery agent herresment kar rahe he. Mene hdfc bank ke sabhi officers ko daily msil dala lekin koi bhi bank ke officer ko mere case par dhyan nahi diya na ki recovery agent par koi action liya aur jo rule galat tarike se apply kiya us bhi koi inquiry nahi ki. Mene hdfc bank me 01 se 11 December ke bich 40 mail kiye lekin result bank vale sahi customer galat. Aur ahmedabad nodal Officer ka to abhi tak ak bhi reply nahi aur principal nodal officer ka bhi koi mail nahi aaya he.Bank is not given restracturing to any customers. Bank always said internal policy you are not eligible. No body can use the restructuring scheme of RBI this is fact and bank is not interested to give the benefit of restructuring to its customers. With the above experience, I am seriously concerned about my private data being leaked by HDFC BANK to unauthorized agents. At the time of taking the Loan, i was made an assurance that HDFC BANK is a reputed BANK and India's no 1 bank and it will follow all the RBI Regulatory guidelines and Banking Codes in relation to the collection of dues in the event of payments missed. I would like to Emphasis on the below RBI guideline clearly stated i) To ensure due notice and appropriate authorization by the banks, they should inform the borrower of the details of recovery agents engaged for the purpose, while forwarding default cases to the recovery agents. The details should include their telephone numbers etc. The recovery agents should call the borrowers only from telephone numbers notified to the borrower. Attaching all the RBI and BCSBI guidelines for your reference. In Lieu of the above guideline I would like to Demand the following Details from the Bank : 1) The List to Recovery Agencies with the Names / Telephone numbers/ Address /Representative name deployed towards the recovery of my dues since 1st September 2020. 2) The List and details of direct Bank representatives assigned towards recovery of my dues. 3) The list of Authorized phone numbers I must entertain henceforth to have any discussion regarding my dues. I would not be making any communication with Bank representatives until these details are provided to me.l request you to provide the details within 5 days on receipt of this mail. Failure to provide the above details and any sort o[censored]nlawful, Uncivilized and unethical recovery in the interim will certainly attract legal action against the hdfc bank and immediate FIR against the CEO & MD.Please consider this as the final notice.

This mail go to district magistrate and police commssioner of Gujarat state.And national cyber security.I also claim manhani on bank if you are not taking any action.

@RBI please take action on HDFC bank credit collection team because I am engaged with emergency department fire safety and as per our company policy emergency phone not to keep continuous engaged.after But hdfc bank person not stop the call till 30 November after that bank was blocked my account without intimation and wrongly applied rule of lien of full amount.and not given restructuring after genuine reason and not give intimation lian restructuring spplication rejected.

I also raised complain in national consumer forum, Indian consumer forum.

And short talk about this case with local newspaper person.

If bank not take any action I will claim manhani.This is last intimation to principal and state nodal officer.

Because you can not get answers of mail and not take action on recovery agents.

If require this case also share in national cyber crime department and district magistrate.
