HDFC Bank — Wrongly deducted 20k

HDFC bank has wrongly deducted from my account of rs 20k on January 2020.
I have registered and followed up with the bank many times but yet to get the resolution and the amount as well. Till today it is 11 months running. Amount is still pending.
