I made a payment to pretmode of 2645 rupees through hdfc credit card on 19th December 2016, I got a receipt from payumoney that the transaction is successful to the merchant name : jetsynthesys private limited,
I cancelled the order on 28th December 2016 and the same has been initiated by pretmode under the jetsynthesys private limited for refund.
But the payumoney is stating the refund has been initiated by the merchant but there is no money with merchant, , in this case I file a complaint on all the three : PRETMODE, JETSYNTHESYS PRIVATE LIMITED, PAYUMONEY for their negligence, lack of response to the customer and playing with customer money by not refunding...
