Hi,
One of your representative called me and told me that i am eligible for regalia card. After understanding the benefit i opted for it. When i received the card i saw it was "regalia first" credit card.
I called up hdfc team regarding this discrepancy and asked them to close the card. The ticket number is : hbl=[protected]. But to my surprise you will people are asking me to come to your office and give a written complain or courier it.
The thing is it is not my mistake why should i waste my time in such hassle. Also after a year a bill was sent as a renew charges which again to my surprise i was told that the card is completely free for lifetime.
I have been in long relationship with the bank and also a privilege customer. Kindly help me into this else i will forsure close all my accounts with hdfc Was this information helpful? |
