Dear All Concerned,
This is really surprising that you guys are not ready to resolve the issue.
Reference my our earlier emails on the issue of Premium Original payment receipt was not sent by your Company, but there is no positive response from your end. Moreover, your office is in a mute mode on these issue.
Remaining silent is not a solution, you have to set right the errors in your system and by issuing me Premium Paid Receipt, to confirm action taken on the above.
Period of a five Months has lapsed but your office has not done anything to resolve the issues and has not provided me Premium Paid Receipt.
Waiting your response.
