[Resolved] HDFC Bank Car Loan — cheating for your car loan interest.

Respected Sir / Madam,
We were first offered a car loan with 7.26% interest by the HDFC DSA, but the bank gave us the EMI schedule it was found to be 12.5%. so we asked the bank to cancel the loan, but the bank is dillydallying on the matter, and is asking us to pay an interest on the amount though we haven't availed any part of the loan, so please look into the matter and help us. HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

We understand that our Branch official Mr. Dilli babu G has contacted you on[protected] and informed you that Loan Cancellation and dealer refund has been initiated. Loan will be cancelled in system with in 10 working days.

Though the mistake was on part of the bank in Giving us two different interest rates. The bank has asked us to pay an interest of Rs.26595/- to close the loan. Though we havent availed any part of the loan. So please look into the matter and help us.
