[Resolved] HDFC Bank Credit Card — harassment for non-payment of dues | |||
I hold a credit card from hdfc. For the last 3 months due to severe financial constraints i have bern unable to pay the minimum due. Regardless of my situation the rude goons from hdfc are harassing me constantly even threatening that if i dnt pick up there calls in one ringthey would harass my family. Please stop harrasing, i took a credit card from HDFC bank last year, , they sent an uneducated, dont know anything about the charges, i apply and got the card after 1 month...my amount given was 50000...i have used all, and paid again around 20000...and now tge statement has come around 85000...and some guys from hdfc bank keep on harrasing and frightening me through phone call. ...will you guys please stop doing this or you better sent me the proper charges...reply me asap, , ..what best can be done...
