HDFC Ergo General Insurance — Company denying to add my child within a family floater health insurance.

HDFC ergo health insurance say i can't add my son to my active policy[protected] as he is over 1 year now. I just renewed my policy in December 2020 month and they want me to wait for the next renewal which is due in December 2021. I feel what kind of family floater it is when it can't cover my immediate family members.

They are simply denying adding child to the policy due to their own conditions while i was aware my immediate family members are automatically added or covered.

I feel kind of cheated here. Is anyone can please help me out as what i can do here to add my child to the active policy.
