HDFC Bank Ergo General Insurance — Related to unprofessional approach for Claim | |||
Dear sir, I have hdfc vehicle policy no.[protected] renewed on 21st feb`17. I have registered a claim on 7th july 17 since i have met with a small accident. My car have observed few damages into front and right sides as one of your observer mr. Kamal has done inspection and asked workshop to do semi work only since he is giving some lame excuses that i should nt have screwed my broken glass, but actual to reach to workshop with damaged glass it won`t be possible, so i asked one local person to tight a screw so that i can easily reach workshop as preventive. Now you pls look into this matter, since its been 4-5 days i have left my car and it is simply not acceptable from a company like hdfc. If your people`s approach is going to be like this then no one going to continue your services. Kindly look into this and close it asap.
