My name is Ranajit Paul .My PAN is AONPP2688G . I am a composite agent of IRDA I have joined Apollo Munich Health Insurance Co. Ltd as a standalone health insurance company having code 80087045 . On that time I have existing code with National Insurance Co. Ltd and Life Insurance Corporation of India . After that when Apollo Munich Health Insurance Company Ltd was merged with HDFC ERGO GENERAL INSURANCE CO.LTD. my code was transferred to them as health insurance business advisory purpose . After that my code having no[protected] was expired as on 12 Nov 2023 with HDFC ERGO GENERAL INSURANCE CO.LTD. .
Now, when I want to transfer my existing agency of National Insurance To The New India Assurance Co .Ltd., it shows in IRDA ONLINE AGENCY portal that my PAN is attached with HDFC ERGO GENERAL INSURANCE CO. LTD . I want to remove my pan from HDFC ERGO GENERAL INSURANCE CO.LTD as I haven't doing any business for that company. My details is as under :-
