[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Extra charges being added

Hello, I have paid my remaining outstanding amount to HDFC credit card before next bill generation date. Still they have charged me Rs.2500/- as finance and other charges. I was very regular in paying the bills. I have sent multiple queries to HDFC customer care but they are not at all cooperating me. Kindly help.

I got the deducted amount. Thanks. The amount was deducted due to some confusion. Now everything is in sync. i am very happy with the HDFC bank and their customer support. I happily suggest and recommend them to my friends.
