HDFC Fastag — Amount wrongly deducted from my HDFC Fastag Wallet | |
My name is Ganesh Gopinathan and I am from Mumbai. I have taken HDFC Fastag as per the rules passed by Goverment of India. An amount of Rs. 85/- was wrongly dedected from my HDFC Fastag Wallet on 5 Dec, 2020 at Toll Palsit at 10:08:30 hrs for the travel I did not make. After talking to the HDFC Customer Care on 5 Dec, 2020 as per their advice I emailed the following things: I have send them 3 emails with the following details. Name Wallet ID Screenshot of email from HDFC Registration Copy Photograph of Car with Registration Number Email was made to "[protected]@hdfcbank.com" The HBL Number I received from HDFC was "[protected]" Since then I have made 8 calls to HDFC Customer Care but am always receiving the following response. "Our backend team will get back to you in 10 days" or "Our senior will get back to you in 24 hours" Date on which calls were made: 05 dec 2020 12 dec 2020 Mr Rupesh (said will resolve it soon) 16 dec 2020 Ms Shivani (said will resolve it soon) 12 jan 2021 3rd email 21 jan 2021 (told me to wait for 3 working days) 27 jan 2021 Ms Elina (told me to wait for 2 days) 03 feb 2021 Mr Hussain (told me to wait for 10 days) 12 feb 2021 Ms Palak (told me to wait for 2 days) Pls help me get back my Rs. 85/- Thanks and best regards, Ganesh Gopinathan Ph: [protected] Was this information helpful? | |
