HDFC Bank Home Loan — don't get loan money already 2 month over

Address:Solan, Himachal Pradesh, 173205

I was applied home loan on 1st august and now sep month on going.
I was received approved sms on 17th september, but i don't get any information about my loan file no. And when my loan money will be receive. Please help me my work is stopped and my labor is not working and stay the work, i am very frustrated due to delayed. I am trying to call hdfc helpline but they have no reply.
