I got my necessary Cessation Certificate from HDFC Life Insurance Co. Ltd. But still my pan number looked up in IRDA portal. Applicant name Sankar Mookerjee Certificate no - Insurer name HDFC life insurance company ltd Category Life Therefore you are requested to cancel my URN from your portal. Thanking you. May 20, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved After visiting few days HDFC Life accepted my resignation and they issued Cessation Certificate (Which was attached with my complaints) on 04th April 2017. But after 13 months also they didn't get any time to process the same for URN cancellation. Therefore, you are requested to cancel my URN and oblige me. HDFC Life customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. May 20, 2018 Updated by Financial Security Just now I have checked, still my URN is showing in IRDA Portal
