[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — cheated by the hdfc agent

Good afternoon
My self major viveka arya, i have two hdfc policies. This is regarding agent pradeep singh yadav, authorised hdfc agent in saugor, madhya pradesh. At the time of my last policy he said that if i will do the investment of 100000 per annum, then he will provide me with cash return of rs 10000 initially. But till date he keep postponding it for next month. It's going to be one year in next month for same. Being in army i got shifted to next city and told me that he will deposit the amount in my account but now he is not responding to my calls to. I request hdfc head to take serious action against such liar and disrespectful agent who are taking hdfc to bad name. He should be punished for his unprofessional behaviour towards the customer.
