Due to glitch in hdfc life payment, i was not able to make premium payment. Number of emails sent to hdfc on this.
With a great difficultly i was able to make the payment. Later i got to know, policy has been elapsed. With interest + penalty i was asked to pay rs 415. Inspite of knowing this was due to hdfc life that this amount was due. I decide to make the payment. I am now being told that i need to submit medical.
I am an nri. I visited hdfc life branch when i was in india. I specially asked if anythign else is required to revive the policy, but i was said, no medical is required since only 3-4 months have passed.
I have since then sent so many emails. The customer care is like robots, they keep on sending the same email again and again.
