[Resolved]  HDFC Bank Payment Gateway — payment gateway - refund request (amount deducted, ticket not booked)

Hi team,

I have tried booking a ticket from kozhikode to bangalore in kerala rtc, but even though the amount was deducted from bank i haven't got the ticket. (Used hdfc payment gateway for transaction) please find below reference no.

Kindly do the needful to refund back the same amount. Thanks in advance.
