[Resolved]  HDFC Bank Securities — Irresponsible customer care

Trade accounts:2268774 and 210481. The service rendered by the company to email is ver bad. I get only auto replies which reads that response will be done within one business day. That is the end. Your personnel appear to cheat the company by not doing any work. A complaint regarding the non functioning of PDF download from History/Contract note/common contract note was made in the middle of Oct 2014. Till date the problem is not attended. At times some one telephone and inform that it is working, possibly the IT personnel concerned also cheats them by giving wrong information without doing anything. Do this company have any responsible sr. Management to be contacted like other company? Please let me know so that I can bring this to their notice. In the meanwhile I am searching for the same. Do anyone track auto replies received from their site?? In all an Irresponsible company for work cheats!!!
