HDFC Bank Securities — mis selling of products | |||||
I am a priority customer of HDFC bank. Hdfc is my primary bank too.. But last monday(16.04.18) I had such a bad expeariance with HDFC secuties. One lady, her name is Reshmi called me from HDFC SECURIES, Ernakulam and inform that she is my relationship manager and need to do some trading in my inoperative trading account. I replied her i have some issue with hdfc trading app after resolving that i would start trading itseems in my free time., she agreed to hepl me to sort out the problem with hdfc securies mobile app. She explained some product also meanwhile. By concluding the call Told her that i want to do self trading, dont do anything behalf of me. After 2 days my account got deducted with rupees 442.50 with the narraion net PI to HSL. I called Reshmi and enqure about the same. Her attitude is entirely diffent from the first conversation we had. I requst her to cansel the product from my account and refund the amount to my account back. Till today i dont have any reply from her. Such a bad experiance from her. I dont want to complaint againts her. But I need my my back. Kindly do the needful Was this information helpful? | |||||
