HDFC Securities — Non receipt of dividend on Linde India
D
Dhiren Doshi
I have sold 500 shares of Linde India on 10/09/2020 in my trading account number 3621547 & 1000 shares in my son's trading account number 3562628. 10th September, 2020 is the ex-dividend date. So we are eligible to receive dividend on above shares. Since you moved the shares on the same day from our demat accounts to your account, you must have received dividend in pool account. Linde India has declared Rs.10/- dividend per share. So we are eligible to receive Rs.15000/- dividend. Kindly verify your records and arrange to credit the dividend amounts to our respective trading accounts. My name is: Dhirendra Bhagwandas Doshi & my son's name is: Rohan Doshi.

Same thing happened with me, I sold 1500 mstc Ltd on ex-dividend date, and didn't recieved dividend, hdfc sec is least bothered to credit the same even after 15 days ago from their pool ac, and their customer care services is pathetic, very bad service, I don't recommend to open a demat ac here, still after so many mails and calls no response
