Hi, myself Arriesh, I am a customer of HDFCSecurities recently i purchased 2 IPOs(Laxmi Organics and Nazara Technologies) via ASBA in HDFC Sec, both of which was not allotted to me. My concern is I did not receive my refund amount in my bank account for these non-allotted IPOs Have been sending mail since past 3-4 days but there has no response from HDFC Securities, hence the request via this platform. Aug 5, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved HDFC Securities customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Apr 20, 2021 HDFC Securities Customer Care's response IPO orders are placed via ASBA through HDFC Securities platform. If the IPO is not allotted, the amount is reversed automatically to your linked bank account on Allotment day. You can verify the same from www.hdfcbank.com under Net banking option > Hold Enquiry Window OR may contact HDFC Bank - Consumer Banking at [protected]@hdfcbank.com or[protected]Mumbai). Please provide us with your trading account number/bank customer id / Demat account number for any further assistance.
