HDFC Securities — proprietary trade done by branch manager without confirmation.

But recently i found that there are some call recording which are missing but contract note for the same are present in last financial year[protected] from terminal id[protected]) 2692926 and i have decide to mail as i am concerned about my account and not feeling safe to trade with hdfc securities. (Total 58 days recording are missing and i am requesting hdfc securities audit team to correct me if i am wrong.)

All the mutual fund buying and selling on my account from ows terminal there is no recording of that and all that buying and selling were taken place without my permission. And all the sip order which where taken place in my account are also without my permission as there are no recording found for the same.

One more point i would like to bring to your notice that nifty 26 march 10000 pe option 7500 qty position are hold and continued till 1, 34, 99, 857 loss and many more option positions in march month and also square off without my confirmation. I have occure total loss of 3cr plus in equity and derivative and i was completely not aware about it. (Partially quantity square off by ows terminal and partially on my laptop without informing me that there is a loss in particular position. This was done to ensure that mr. Ashutosh mohapatra is safe and no blame can be made on him). This is how hdfc securities employee fool there client by placing order on laptop so that client cannot compliant of any thing. Each and every loss occurred in march in various option position are hold and continued till huge loss and square off without my confirmation or suggestion. I was having option position and it was against me and my losses were increasing day by day so its not the duty of ashutosh mohopatra to inform me? Why didn’t he inform me about my losses?

I just want to know that all the option position which where taken place by mr. Ashutosh mohapatra were from hdfc research calls? And if no who have give him the permission to trade on his own calls.

Misguiding and not letting me known about all my loss till all my account clear.

I was having my esop 5000 share of hdfc ltd and my rest portfolio which were sold without my permission as i could not find any recording of that and apart from that the money has been use to clear my debit and to convert my emargin stock to delivery all this thing were taken place without my permission and my delivery stock has been sold by saying that market is berish and the stock will go down further but all the stock were sold to clear my debit amount.

Mr. Dhiraj relli i would like to bring to your notice that hdfc being such a big brand and i have served hdfc ltd for 35 years and i am very ashamed to say that hdfc securities employee created a fake email id of mine and giving trade confirmation on that without my notice the detail of email is as follow: ([protected]@gmail.com)

Last operated device was redmi note 6 pro when i found which is the current sell phone of mr. Pratik mishra is very very shame full.

I am a senior citizen and not a tech savy and mr. Ashutosh was aware about it so he has taken a very shameful advantage of my knowledge by creating a fake email id and giving confirmation on that i have not sign any document regarding a change of email id. (Fake and original sign attached below)

As this id 1931219 itself is of hdfc securities branch manager (Vashi). I asked higher person like mr. Kiran hirlekar sir to involve and provide me proper clarification about my account.

Being a previous hdfc ltd employee i trust hdfc seniors and executive and md to give me justice.

On 6th june 2020 we had a meeting with mr kiran hirlekar and mr. Kanak raj regarding this issue. Both the seniors have advised me to audit the trade which has been taken place in my account and to know regarding the fake email id created to give false confirmation. Mr. Ashutosh mohapatra is claiming that the email id which was created was in the office and in front of me so is there any internet access in your office? And why will i tell mr ashutosh to insert his number instead of mine.

One more thing they have said that we have square off that 10000 put but in contract note some of the position is square off on 17, 18 and 19 and 20 march on that date i have not even login my account. Then how is possible that i have square that position and sell shares.

Mr. Ashutosh mohapatra try to settled this dispute he is giving me a choice that i be the agent in hdfc life and at motilal oswal and he will use the hdfc securities business in my name so that i can get the commission for the same and he also advice me to open account in angel broking and he will shift all the big customer of the hdfc securities to angel broking and he will create business on my behalf.

As a senior citizen and as an previous employee of the hdfc ltd i request mr dhiraj relli to audit my trades and give me the justification for the same. Mr ashutosh mohapatra has taken full advantage as i am not a tech. Savy person and he has smart ally played me by squaring off all my losses position partially by ows terminal and partially by my laptop without informing me that this position carries a huge loss.

I just want to audit my trade and ask mr. Ashutosh to give justification for the same as my family have lose all my saving and right now we don’t have anything.

I hope md mr. Dhiraj relli will help me to solve my queries.

I am not sending this mail to punished anybody as i have lose everything but to just ensure that this things should not happen to any senior citizens.
