Healthifyme — Request for refund

I (Anuradha )have enrolled in HealthifyMe in June and right from DAY 1, I couldnt use APP as I am not comfortable using that. Within 30 days, I have reached out to support Team regarding this, they didn't update me about 100% refund policy within 30 days, If I would have known that I would have opted that on the same day. Instead I have been convinced to take a break and join back. I took a break of 1 month, to just check if this app may suits me later. But no, I wasnt happy with the APP or diet plan, as its the same diet plan which I am following since JANUARY ( I have told them about FFD plan Freedom from Diabetes diet plan) they said, its different from healthify me. Hence I took a decision to join this app to reduce weight.

Now to my surprise, I have been told in september first week that, They can refund only 50% of the amount as per their refund policy.
My question to HEALTHIFY ME -
1. when I told about FFD diet plan why am I told that healthifyme is different from that, where as both are same
2. As we are enrolled in FFD, we are following diet plan since january 2022, and same diet plan is given by healthify me, which I have told my coach right from DAY 1 that I know this plan and already i am following this
3. When asked for refund they said 50% will be given + 750 cancellation charges will be applied too
4. I am totally surprised, I havent used this app even for a single day and havent used DIET PLAN as its already know to me, why should I leave 50% of paid amount for few days enrollement and also additional 750+ charges as cancellation fee
