I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and anger over the recent order I placed with your company. Despite receiving confirmation that my order was delivered to my address on [8th march 2023], I have not received the package.
I have double-checked my address and have spoken with my neighbors, building security, and anyone else who might have taken the delivery on my behalf. Unfortunately, nobody has any information regarding the package. This is unacceptable, and I demand immediate action to resolve this issue.
As a loyal customer of HealthKart, I expected better from your company. It is not only about the financial loss, but also the inconvenience caused by your company's mistake that has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.
I demand that your team takes this issue seriously and investigates it promptly. It is your responsibility to ensure that your customers receive their orders, and you have failed to fulfill that responsibility. I demand a full refund or re-delivery of my order as soon as possible.
If this issue is not resolved promptly and to my satisfaction, I will be forced to take legal action and will not hesitate to post a review of my experience on all social media platforms and file a complaint with the relevant consumer rights authorities.
I urge you to take swift action and resolve this issue immediately.
