I have already sent a mail to HealthKart customer care, but they are postponing the issue. Asking me to speak with their vendor. No action has been taken as yet.

Order Items -

1. Isopure Zero Carb Cookies & Cream - Active Lifestyle Retail, Bhiwandi

This is a counterfeit product. Label on the container is of poor quality. There are many labeling issues on the container, logos missing, etc. I have an original container with me, so the differences can easily be made out.

2. ON Opti-Men Multivitamins - Elite Club, Delhi

The expiry date has been blacked out. Label alignment is also not accurate. ON official site says that expiry dates on capsules are printed in white, not black - ["DATE & BATCH CODES" - http://www.optimumnutrition.com/en_US/authentic]

Online payment was made for these products. Both the products have not been unpacked. I want a full refund on them.

Update: Healthkart has agreed to take the products back and provide a refund. I'll provide more update after the refund actually takes place.

Update: Reverse pickup has only been arranged for the ON multi-men. No update on Isopure's reverse pickup till now.

Please be informed that as per the recent update from our concerned team, both the products with the Order id - HKD[protected] & HKD[protected] are picked from your place under the tracking no. - HKT0000029 & HKT0000039 respectively.

And as already informed by our team member, once product reaches our vendor's facility, a product inspection would be done. After clearing the product inspection, refund would be initiated.

I am from Kashmir..
My city is Srinagar Nd i dwell in parimpora which fall in srinagar.its pin code is 190017 but No cash on delivery is availble but why..what is its reason...
I canceled my order because its delievery too late and my debit card payment was not return my order no. is HKM[protected] on whey protein vanilla and date is 31 dec 2016 so please sir my card payment return back to bank immediately.
