[Resolved]  Healthkart — Fake product delivered

Sir,
With reference to Order ID: HKI[protected], The box was received in very poor packing.
The power was spilled out side and seal was already open. Scratch QR code was already scratched.
Scoop was also not there.
It is clearly a fake product.
Further i requested to take necessary action for replacement of the same immediately.
But they refused to accept the request stating that the packing was as per quality norms.
Whereas it is very clear from the above and attached pics and video that the product delivered in open condition and no bobble packing was there.
Please help me to get the product replacement at the earliest.
