I am Suraj bagal I have account in central bank of india account no- [protected]. On date- 14 feb 2022 I have purchased a product on heltcart app I paid a money with mobikwik UPI app . But my money diducted from my account and order not placed, I raised a issue about that in healthcare customer care, they confirmed that they don't receive any money, and also I raised issue in MobiKwik app they show transaction is successful.
