I am Suraj bagal I have account in central bank of india account no- [protected]. On date- 14 feb 2022 I have purchased a product on heltcart app I paid a money with mobikwik UPI app . But my money diducted from my account and order not placed, I raised a issue about that in healthcare customer care, they confirmed that they don't receive any money, and also I raised issue in MobiKwik app they show transaction is successful.

        Fake product delivered

        Sir,
        With reference to Order ID: HKI[protected], The box was received in very poor packing.
        The power was spilled out side and seal was already open. Scratch QR code was already scratched.
        Scoop was also not there.
        It is clearly a fake product.
        Further i requested to take necessary action for replacement of the same immediately.
        But they refused to accept the request stating that the packing...

I tried reaching health kart customer care, instead of listening they override me and didn't care what I was trying to say. Health kart executives wasn't co - operating.                     As per the telephonic conversation with our representative, we wish to inform you that a refund of Rs 1287.0 has been initiated on Jan 11, 2022, post refund initiation, it takes 7-10 business days for the amount to reflect back to the source account. However, refund of Rs. 12.0 reward points has been credited in your HK account & you can login your account to check the same.

                    In addition to the above, the RRN no. shared with you is in the reference to the refund which we initiated, this is what required to share with bank's customer support to confirm refund status.

                          I've ordered a peanut butter on December 5th and due to some reasons they were not able to deliver the product so I've asked for a refund because of this issue and I've already paid for the product but they haven't refunded me the money and I've called multiple times regarding this but they still haven't returned my money and it's almost been a month

                                    My order is delayed 6 days from the date of expected delivery date and i have paid my order and there was no information about my order.                                       I have placed an order for 2 fish oil worth rs. 698 during the flash sale and made payment through upi and it was successful but the order was not placed and the order is not showing in the order section. I would like to get my refund
