Hi,

Today, I tried herbal shake with chocolate flavor that I had purchased along with Orange milk shake and facing the same issue like I am getting a body rash, my eyes itch, headache and dizziness. I am sure that there is something wrong with the product manufacturing with below given batch and if this problem persist long time for me then it will be difficult for me to purchase the herbal product from Healthkart.

HealthKart Customer Care's response Dear Nilesh, we understand your concern but as per our previous interaction we are unable to initiate "Return Request" as the 14-days Return Policy is already been over.

Also, please refer our FAQ's under Returns & Refunds we have mentioned that there are specific conditions which are not eligible for return/ refund.

P.S. : In the previous case, the refund for Herbalife Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix, 0.5 kg Orange Cream was processed as an exception as you bought this flavor for the first time from our website.

Healthkart last delivery shipping my adress but this time My product are not shipping in my adress last time correct shipped in my adress plz my product in shipping in my adress ur courier service r very poor improve and provide me my product in my pincode - 462038 otherwise this product i will not receiving.
