[Resolved] Healthkart — its been more than 15 days and still haven't received my order

I have tried all means to tell them that i have not recieved my order yet. I cannot even cancel my order. The customer care team is the worst. They just give false promises saying that it'll surely be delivered by tommorow for all these days. If someone can suggest me what actions i can take against them, it would be of great help.
