I have tried all means to tell them that i have not recieved my order yet. I cannot even cancel my order. The customer care team is the worst. They just give false promises saying that it'll surely be delivered by tommorow for all these days. If someone can suggest me what actions i can take against them, it would be of great help....

Payment deducted through upi but order not confirmed

I have paid through upi 4799 for the product ultimate nutrition prostar 100% whey protein, 5.28 lb chocolate creme.
My money is deducted but order is not confirmed please resolve this issue asap.

I ordered muscle blaze bcaa gold on 31 jan and paid money by upi yesterday on 2 feb i got message that your product is delivered and it got reflected on healthkart app as well but i did not get any prodect delivery.
First time i ordered from healthkart and this happend please look into this as early as possible.

Today on 28 january 2019, i have placed an order for ultimate nutrition iso sensation 93 5lb, chocolate fudge flavor. I have paid successfully using upi attached is the transaction details for your reference.
I have also taken the snapshot of the payment page.

Instead of successfully completing the payment, my order is not visible under the my order section of the profile in health kart mobile application.

I was ordering muscleblaze 8.8lbs whey performance chocolate on healthkart app. It was showing error with debit card thats why i paid through upi. But when i paid through upi, my money got deducted and there is no order placed on 8 january 2019 at around 11:30pm

Placed with wrong address. Please cancel my order hka[protected]. Its a muscleblaze whey protein 2.2 lb rich milk chocolate. Couldn't find the option of cancellation. The payment was done online. The number was registered with a different user before and the number is mine now. Unfortunately, the address was saved and the item was ordered with wrong address. Need to cancel the order since i will be order a fresh order with my own address....

I purchased labraba mass gainer before 2 months but uts is a local product my friend is also using this but it was mixing very well but this one is like a water this is fraud. I ordered on whey from healthkart and along with that 10 whey sachets were free. I received the whey but not the sachets and it said delivered under order id hki[protected].
Contacted the customer care via email and they asked me for pictures of the carton from all the sides which i threw already. Now who would keep the carton?

I've ordered ultimate nutrition prostar and it's a fake supplement.. Take my supplement return... I will never buy supplements from healthkart further.. If you are gonna deliver fake supplements.. It is not even mixing well... And also packaging is not good... So i hope u will take this complaint seriously because it costs around 3000 and we can't afford 3000 with fake supplements...

I have purchased a muscleblaze whey gold protein from healthkart (Order id : hkm[protected] on oct 27-2018 and received the same on 2nd september. After receiving the item i have checked the authenticity of the product and found ok. From the beginning i found a taste difference in this product and during the mixing time this protein appeared much creamy than previous ones and some quantity of powder was deposited...

I am not getting my delivery yet I booked a Muscleblaze Isotonic and Muscleblaze cyclone 600 ml (order no.-HKA[protected] on 5 Feb 2018 and est. I ordered on serious mass and received it today after a delay of 5days and on unboxing i found it to be filled with rag cloth and waste material with no product inside. I tried to cancel my order but did not find an option to do so. On receiving the parcel there didn't seem to be anything wrong with the packaging and the package was sealed completely with healthkart seal tape. This has never happened before and i'm extremely disappointed...

I've ordered 2 item from healthkart which is not yet delivered.
I received text messages from company that item is out for delivery but it is not delivered to me & when i see my order status on website it stated that costumer refused to accept the order but in reality i haven't received the product, neither did the delivery man came to my doorstep....
