I have order mass gainers from your site. But due to some problem i am not able to receive my order yesterday. I was on my job. So i asked to the delivery boy to give my parcel to my mentioned address. But the delivery boy who has to take my delivery doest'nt have any manners how to talk with girls. He talk with my sister very rudely. I dont want to order any produtct from this site.

    Order number is hkm[protected] and i ordered a protein powder. I kept getting messages saying i have postponed the delivery but i didn't even get a call from delivery people.

    I got a call from them today asking if i was available for delivery just like i got calls since saturday so i asked them to cancel the order.

    One hour after this call, i got a message and a mail saying the product has been delivered to me. I have not received the product and since this order is prepaid, i want to know if i am ever going to get the ordered product or my money back.

          its been more than 15 days and still haven't received my order

          I have tried all means to tell them that i have not recieved my order yet. I cannot even cancel my order. The customer care team is the worst. They just give false promises saying that it'll surely be delivered by tommorow for all these days. If someone can suggest me what actions i can take against them, it would be of great help....

          Payment deducted through upi but order not confirmed

          I have paid through upi 4799 for the product ultimate nutrition prostar 100% whey protein, 5.28 lb chocolate creme.
          My money is deducted but order is not confirmed please resolve this issue asap.

          This is really pathetic service. I do not expect this from healthkart.

              Today on 28 january 2019, i have placed an order for ultimate nutrition iso sensation 93 5lb, chocolate fudge flavor. I have paid successfully using upi attached is the transaction details for your reference.
              I have also taken the snapshot of the payment page.

              Instead of successfully completing the payment, my order is not visible under the my order section of the profile in health kart mobile application.

              Can you please look into this matter. Also my order is to be delivered within next 3- 5 working days i. E around sunday or monday.

                  Placed with wrong address. Please cancel my order hka[protected]. Its a muscleblaze whey protein 2.2 lb rich milk chocolate. Couldn't find the option of cancellation. The payment was done online. The number was registered with a different user before and the number is mine now. Unfortunately, the address was saved and the item was ordered with wrong address. Need to cancel the order since i will be order a fresh order with my own address.

                      I ordered on whey from healthkart and along with that 10 whey sachets were free. I received the whey but not the sachets and it said delivered under order id hki[protected].
                      Contacted the customer care via email and they asked me for pictures of the carton from all the sides which i threw already. Now who would keep the carton?
                      I never had a bad experience shopping online, cannot expect such things from healthkart. I don’t have the pictures, what is healthkart going to do about it?

                        The product i got is faulty the creatine should be in powder form but it is in solid form not gud to use...even not mixing with water properly...

                          I am highly disappointed and frustrated with the service of healthkart. I have pyrchased 250 kg on protein and it was seal inside on the box when i received. I captyred a photo of the product when received. I have tried several time to reach to ur customer care as there is no option to return on healthkart. I complained it on the phone call but they told me to drop a mail with picture. Its the most frustrating and after not refund my amount procedure to return something.                               I am highly disappointed and frustrated with the service of healthkart. I have pyrchased 1 kg peanut butter and it was damaged when i received. I captyred a photo of the product when received. I have tried several time to reach to ur customer care as there is no option to return on healthkart. I complained it on the phone call but they told me to drop a mail with picture. Its the most frustrating procedure to return something. I am not gonna order anything from healthkart now onwards for the poor service and non easy return facility. I want my valuable money back soon.

                                I've ordered ultimate nutrition prostar and it's a fake supplement.. Take my supplement return... I will never buy supplements from healthkart further.. If you are gonna deliver fake supplements.. It is not even mixing well... And also packaging is not good... So i hope u will take this complaint seriously because it costs around 3000 and we can't afford 3000 with fake supplements

                                  Dear sir,

                                  I have purchased a muscleblaze whey gold protein from healthkart (Order id : hkm[protected] on oct 27-2018 and received the same on 2nd september. After receiving the item i have checked the authenticity of the product and found ok. From the beginning i found a taste difference in this product and during the mixing time this protein appeared much creamy than previous ones and some quantity of powder was deposited inside the corners of the shaker and it appeared like thick wax.. There after i contacted healthkart team and they assured that the product is genuine and if i have any doubt i can contact muscleblaze directly. Today while i checking the powder i found worms inside the bottle and the shaker. We are paying our money for good quality material and you are sending substandard items to us. I have lost the trust in your brand and please do the needful to return the money.

                                      I'm Isaac and I ordered Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass 6lb banana Order number HKA[protected]. First of all the the delivery service was terrible and delayed. I got calls from the service centre telling that the package has been dispatched but it never came when they said it would and the delivery people were extremely unprofessional.
                                      I finally got the parcel today. On receiving it there didnt seem to be any problem with the packaging and it was completely wrapped in healthkart seal tape. On opening it it was filled with rag cloth and waste material with no product inside. Never expected that and its very disappointing to experience something like that. I have bought products from healthkart before and never had an issue like this before. This will the last time I'll ever be dealing with healthkart unless somethis is done about this issue. I have attached the pictures of the box and its contents below.
