Healthkart — Order delivered but not received

Hi, my name is kaustav sood and i ordered 2lb on gold standard whey protein on 23rd june 2020. Order id: hkd[protected].

Estimated delivery date was 27th june, however i received a notification that the order was delivered today on 24th june delivered by xpressbees.

I have still not received the order, nor am i being able to get in touch with health kart customer care to rectify this issue.

I simply want to know where my order is as this is a prepaid order.

I have attached the mail they sent me to confirm delivery of my order.
