[Resolved] Healthkart — order not placed only amount deducted

I have ordered muscleblaze 4.4lbs whey protein rich milk chocolate flavor from healthkart app. I paid through credit card and amount rs 4479/= has been deducted also. When i see my healthkart app there is no order placed on 14 oct 2018 at around 2.20 pm.
I need my money back.
Please refund it fast.
