[Resolved] Healthkart — order not received but showing as delivered | |||
I ordered muscleblaze biozyme whey protein (2.2 lbs, ice cream chocolate) on 25 oct 2019. The expected delivery date initially was 2 nov. However, i did not receive the product even by 10 nov. The message shown on the tracking page in the healthkart app was "delay in delivery due to external factors". Then suddenly on 11 nov, the order status was shown as delivered and the date of delivery was shown as 8 nov. I have not received the product and would like healthkart to refund me the amount of rs. 2211 as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
